The interview took about 15 minutes. The interviewer asked my husband questions like whats my parents full name, where we got married, date we got married, where our son was born, what job i was doing before i left UK.
She asked me his parents name, what job he does and what nationality my son is which he has dual nationality. She asked me what we do on our spare time as a family. And she also asked him my date of birth.
Since his auntie and uncle were the one who sponsor me, my husband didnt feel the need to fill the affidavit of support, so she explained he needed to do that and she was going to give us the form and fill it right there and then which she said normally they would mail to us and asked us to do it again and again, my passport size picture was missing so she asked me to go and take another picture and come back in an hour.
My experience there was really good, even though i felt a lot of people where coming out from inside the office very upset and my appointment was at 11am i got there at 10.30am and i was seen straight away.
At the end of the interview we where asked what do we have to prove our marriage is legite, even though having a son and being married for 3 years wasnt convincing enough, i took an album with pictures of us going back 8 years since i met my husband.
Filled the form, took the picture and come back, she saw us within 15 mins and she was happy to recommend us for approval, the next day i got an email we have been approved.
