Hello Everyone,

So sorry for the delay, once he was approved we hit the ground running to make preparations for us to travel together and finish up things at work. We just got back to America two days ago. I won't bombard you with things that you already know, just be prepared to arrive early and have every document that is required. We basically frontloaded but more will not harm the process.

Emeka's appointment for scheduled for 7am, but he got there around 5:45am. The line was already long, so they called for the lines to be divided into immigrant and non immigrant. Please pay close attention because my fiancé couldn't hear what was said and he was a little confused until someone told him where to go. He passed through security, got sworn it and took his number. He received number 32 and was third to last. He was talking to a few people there and noticed that some people were denied. There were two officers interviewing, one was stern and slow while the other one was kind and quick (both women). He said he prayed for the kind one. As he approached, he did get interviewed by the kind officer. She asked:
Who was calling for him
My name
Did I have kids
Their names and ages
When and how do we communicate
When did I visit and how long

He said he told her I stayed for four days and nights and she looked up and asked why only four days. He told her due to the nature of my work, I could only stay for so long. She asked what did I do and he told her, and he said she gave the biggest reassuring smile and said oh really. His confidence sky rocketed after that and he says he doesn't even remember what questions were asked but he answered them correctly. She gave him the congratulations on the approval and gave him the documents for reading. He was approved on Wednesday and he was back in the hotel room before 12pm. The visa was ready for pick up on Monday and he picked it up on Tuesday. My son and I were in Nigeria a couple of days later. My fiancé, my son and myself were in Atlanta Wednesday night.

This website was so helpful to us so good luck on your journey!
