I picked the only available interview date throughout August and September, which is August 17th. It didn't seem like I have a choice since my petition expires on the second week of October and I was told by my office that I might have a work trip on the beginning of October.

I had a crazy week. Called the panel doctor for a medical examination on August 8th. Went to the medical examination the following day. Was told to pick up my medical report on August 16th.

As for the documents, I collected almost everything except for my Australian Police Certificate. This is required as I spent a few years in Australia. The Australian Federal Police (AFP) only mail their certificates through standard international mail. It will take about 20 working days to get here. That's about a month. I ordered this on the last week of July thinking that it will be in time for a September interview. Since I was told that August 17th was the only available slot in two months, I had no choice but to call the AFP to send another copy to a friend in Australia so that she could express mail it to me. Unfortunately that did not arrived on time too. She sent me a scanned copy plus a verification letter from her before having the originals courier to me.

Anyway, I divided my interview package into 4 clear folders;
Folder 1: Interview Confirmation, Payment Confirmation, DS-160, NOA1, NOA2, NVC Letter, Statement of Intent to Marry (both), Birth Certificate (both), Passports copy (both), Malaysian Police Certificate, Australian Police Certificate (scanned copy + verification letter or original), Medical Examination Report & Receipt.

Folder 2: Affidavit of Support, Fiancé's Bank Statements, Fiancé's Bond Statement, Fiancé's 2 Pay Stubs, Fiancé's W2 (2015 & 2016), Fiancé's Employment Letter & Contract, my Bank Statements, my Assets Listing, my Education Record & Honor Awards, my Volunteer Record & Recommendation Letters.

Folder 3: Evidence Pack - Screenshots of a few chats from each month, screenshots of voice and video calls, immigration stamps on both passports, airline reservations & boarding passes, hotel reservations for recent summer trips, photos of us and family. Information on wedding plans - A few wedding venues and packages that we are considering. Rings - Promise ring, engagement ring & wedding bands with receipt

Folder 4: Original submission of I-129F

There were one other K1 visa applicant and one K2 visa (from what I heard, the applicant got into trouble at the POE and was sent back). The CO was giving both of them a hard time. Took the other K1 visa applicant nearly 20 minutes with all the questions. I was a little worried that it might happen to me too. When she was done, the CO called my number and I walked up.

Took me all but two minutes... The CO asked;
When did you meet your fiance?
When did you last meet in person?
When did you got engaged ?

Congratulations.. your visa is approved

Guess being organized works well...:D
