Well, the 37.5 pregnant wife US Citizen and my husband, who has been working since he got his permit; we went for our interview on June 14th and on June 16th, we checked on the website it stated your green has been mailed!!!! Now, all I heard is I can go get my cdl license now, we are both excited with 11 days before I=our son is due!!

Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative
; Form I-485: Application to Registr Permanent REsidence
Form I-765 Appliation for Employment Authorization
G-325 A for each of us, Biographic Information for Petitioner & Biographic Information for Beneficiary
Form I-864 Affidavit of support: Petitioner
The following documents were send in with these forms:
Peitiioner (the US Citizen)
Birth Certificate, Government ID, Passport, Tax Return, Employment Vertification
Beneficiary (non Citizen)
Birth Certificate (translate in English), Divorce Decree, Visa, Passport Stamp at the time entry to the US, passport, Medical Exam
October 2016
Beneficiary went in for fingerprints and FBI International background check
December 2016
He receive a work permit he begin working immediately
June 2017:
