hi everyone.had f2A spouse visa interview on 1st ofnovember but unfortunately
my case is pending .i had booked the vfs launge which is really good .reached
vfs mumbai opposite mahalaxmi temple by 7 inthe morning .thevfs people took me
and myhusband in as i had 2 ticets for vfs launge.offered snacks like coffee
and etc and after 15 min they called all the 730 appointments.we went to the
vfs bus which took us to the consulate and all the ladies were given first
preference for immigrant visas and i touched my husbands feet took blessings
and went inside with my papers andmarraige album stuff needed.
as u enter u r checked physically and they give u a token before u enter the
consulate.as ienterd they took my appointment letter and asked to go right
at the corner of the consulate where mostly all immigrant visas r processed.
after 15 min ur name is called by an indian oficer...........

igave my allextention papers.only i797 was missing.
why did u stay tht long
mam my second extention was denied and ireceived a notice ofdecision inwhihc
it stated tht ihave to leave united states in 181 days.

she returned me all my original documents and asked me to wait.
after half hr my nme was called counter 9

but i gave all the receipt notices and last noticeofdecision

mam i had applied for 2 extentions
one was approved andthe second one was denied
where is the approval
mam last notice of decision which i received ststed tht i was approved till october
but second extention is denied and tht i have to leave befroe 181 days
visa officer very rudely
i dont want this letter or receipt notices

visa officer was very very rude to me .she didnot let me speak.
she was just insisting papers for my overstay which i did not have coznothing
was given to me except tht last notice of decision.
but visa officer didnot listen to me.she is like urhusband should be there not
in india and i need ur approval.
lastly i gave up.i almost cried and came back.
the visaofficer said tht my case is pending and as soon as i can getthe i797
and my husbandsdomicile paperswhich wasnot needed but still she wants it.asked
me to get the mand mail my passport and i797 to the nearest vfs .
this was my interview experience.but i learned something honestly doesnot pay
everytime.i washonest to her definetly i cameback after my second extention
was denied.came before 181 days.after waiting for 5 yrs still in pending.
have filed i824 for a duplicate approval which will take sometime i guess.wait wait wait.
but anyone who is abt to go for their interview be positive and.confident.best of luck to evryone and plz pray for me .thnks manmeet.
