The Cyprus embassy staff was extremely helpful and nice throughout the process. I had emailed to request an appointment rescheduling due to prearranged travels and was able to reschedule as soon as the Embassy received the immigrant package from the NVC.
The actual interview was very quick as all documentation provided were OK and the visa was issued the next business day. I had to physically pick it up and it took about 20 minutes.
