I just want to share my experience in the adjustment of status through marriage interview. Our appointment was in Los Angeles office, eight floor at 10:30 am, we arrived at 10:00 am and wait for probably 30 minutes before the officer call us to go inside, I don't remember his name but he was very funny and friendly, even thought my husband was nervous, everything went well and I was approved on the spot !!!
The questions were simple and not difficult to answer to a real marriage couple:
"where does your spouse lives'
"name of your spouse"
"your spouse birthday"
"where she/he was born"
"name of your spouse parents"
"how did you guys meet"
'how was the first date"
They went over my adjustment of status application as well my husband sponsorship form
The officer told us to wait for about 15 minutes while he was making copies and thinking about his decision, he came to us with our original documents and my approval notice, Happy and smooth experience.
