[REVIEW]It is a good office in the sense that it is not a busy office. Infopass appointments are always available on the same day. Waiting time is minimal. The officers are generally friendly although the last time I went, the officer had to add "You should consider yourselves lucky...it took me 12 years to get my greencard." and aftering inquiring further about processing times "Maam, we cannot work 24 hours around the clock, we need to take our holidays too." [VENTING] Both comments peeved me because a) if the officer herself had to go through the immigration process I would expect her to be more sympathetic (I know if I were an immigration officer in the future after going through the process, I would never make useless comments such as the ones she provided) and b) although I would not expect or want anybody to work around the clock, I doubt USCIS staff even works a real solid 4 hours out of any given day so do not give me BS about how USCIS is slaving away. If anyone has evidence to the contrary regarding the latter point, I would love to know about it because it sure would make me feel better...
