I only started this process in January. Our problems with the process include, but are not limited to, delays in distributing application and forms, improper instructions given, no notice for Interview given, failure to respond to written communications, and insufficient knowledge of process by counselors.
All I can say is that I feel like someone in an episode of the "Twilight Zone". The horror!
