We arrived about an hour earlier than our appointment time so that we would not be late. Had to sit and wait until about 10:00am to turn in the paperwork requested for the interview. We were greeted by a very polite young lady. We were informed that we did not have the proper picture size so immediately I started to panic thinking they would turn us away. The lady told us not to worry as we would be informed by the interviewer if we could leave and go get the proper pictures or not. We were sent back out to the waiting area where we waited for another hour. Once my husband was finally called we both went in the lady asked my husband who I was then turned to me asked if I was only here for the interview or the holiday. I answered she said thank you now you can go back outside and wait and leave everything in your hands right here. So I went back outside where I waited for about 15mins until my husband came out. As he was walking out I saw the white denial paper in his hands and my heart dropped javascript:emoticon('')javascript:emoticon(''). I asked him what happened and he told me they sent him out to get the proper picture size and to come right back that the paper was going to let him back in the building. So after collecting the pictures from a place down the street we went back turned in the pictures and they pulled up is file which already had the pink letter attached. javascript:emoticon('')javascript:emoticon('') I was so thankful they let us go get the pictures and come right back. They only asked him who I was, how we met, and to show the pictures from the wedding. When he showed the wedding pictures they asked him to point out my parents and his family members. They also asked him who a few other people were that was in the pictures. My advice to everyone is to just relax and trust in the higher powers that everything will be okay. It was no where near as bad as I thought it would be. I lost plenty hours of sleep for no reason.
