We had our interview on the 21st of September (Friday) in the early afternoon. We got there early and waited for more than 1 hour, but the interview itself was very quick (around 10-15 mins) and smooth. Except for the long wait before the interview, which we expected, everything else was quick, including parking, entering the building, going through security, and finding the waiting room, etc.
The staff at the LA office all seemed extremely professional and courteous. At no point were we without information or "lost". The waiting room was chilly, I'd advise bringing a cardigan/scarf.
All in all 4.5/5!!! Very pleased with the LA office!
