Experience was very good!javascript:emoticon(' ')...My fiance and I got ahead of time to the embassy, we had the interview at 2:30 PM, hence we got into the building at 2:15.
First you pick a ticket with a letter and a number, and you wait in a spacious room with lots of windows with numbers. Then you are called for the first time to go to one of the windows, to hand in documents asked before in the appointment letter: Original Passport, Pic, and payment receipt. The Lady asks few easy questions: were you married before?, did you live in another country (besides Venezuela and Spain) when you were older than 16?, she also confirmed the address I Lived in Spain and my phone number.
Then she gave me a paper about the rights of the applicant in the U.S. and said please sit down again, you will be called for your interview with the same number.
Later, I was called for the interview, The Clerk first started with me (applicant), took my fingerprints, made me swear an oath, and started the questions: how did you meet each other?, what does he do for a living?, who took the Christmas picture?, so to speak.
Finally My Fiance was called to come together, and she said, "Okay guys, your interview is approved", in about one week you will get your passport back and an envelope that you must NOT open until you get to the U.S. Then we were allowed to leave, kissed each otherjavascript:emoticon(' ') and celebrated with a good Lunch close to the Building. I am personally grateful with this consulate, and The Unidad Médica Angloamericana (Where I Had my Medical Exams). Good Luck Guys!javascript:emoticon(' ')
