The Immigration officer interviewing us was so courteous and respectful. She made us comfortable and went straight asking us questions about how we met, how long we dated, who proposed to whom and other domestic and direct questions. She requested for the joint documents showing our relationship, we gave her our life insurance policies documents, Bank statement and car insurance document. She requested for our joint lease agreement, we told her we didn't bring it because it contains only my spouse name because I had n SSN as at the time of signing the lease and our landlord refused to include my name nor issue any letter conforming my residency in the apartment. The IO did not ask for our Photos, despite the fact that we went there with loads of our Albums. The interview ended within 15 minutes, and officer told us we were good and will be approving the case as soon as the Name check is approved. It was a nice experience, though was nervous initially but the officer genuinely calmed me down. I wish all a successful interview too .
