Rating: | Review Topic: K1 Visa
My fiancée (a Russian citizen), her 10-year-old daughter and I went to the US Consulate in Moscow for the K1 visa interview in February 2016. Overall, the experience was very good. The only downside was that we sat in the waiting area for a few hours, but the interview itself went very smoothly and quickly. We were interviewed by two people (perhaps one was in training). The questioning was very easy; we got the feeling that they already knew they were going to approve us before the interview began. The interviewers were polite and relatively friendly. We were told we had been approved at the end of the interview.
