The interview itself was really brief and very disappointing.
The consular officer told me that my visa could not be processed because I had 1 police record missing. I lived in the Netherlands for 11 months and even though the instructions said that you only have to bring documents for stays longer than 12 months she said "yeah.. well.. actually it is so close to 12 months that you really need to bring it".
I also told her that there was no point to bring that police record because I had already presented police records from Spain, Germany and France (all clean) and that the European criminal database was centralized anyway, she didn't have an answer for that and just shrugged her shoulders. After that she said that the rest was ok and that I'd have no problem to get the visa though.
I wish this could have been clearly explained in the instructions.
So, my application was stalled for 3 more weeks on administrative review until I sent them that certificate.
