If hasn't been one thing its another. So lets get into it. He arrived at 6:30am for a 7:00am interview. He was lead inside and ask for his paperwork. They also took his affidavits of supports. He sat and waited until his name was called again. Saw his interviewer she was a woman, and he said the questions began.
1. Who's filing for you?
2. Where does she live?
3. Who's your co-sponsor?
4 .What does your wife do?
5. Where does she work?
6. What do you guys do for fun?
7. Do you get together with her family?
8. Do you know her parents?
9. How did here parent die?
10.Where is YOUR father? (father had been denied with his wife because they needed more proof)
11.Whens the last time you saw her? (2weeks ago)
12.Is your father and step mother still together? :/
13.Whos this in the pictures? (my hubbys child)
14.How did the baby come in, was it during the middle of the relationship?
15.So she finished college?
16.How did you make long distance work this time?
17. Okay everything is good, your APPROVED!, but there's one problem, your missing the signature page of this affidavit of support, have your wife send it and as soon as she does you will get the visa in 2-3 weeks. They kept his passport, and all the affidavits, ask for nothing but a few pictures. :/

Now, I know for sure there was no missing signature page off of the affidavit, it was submitted with the paper work plus I gave my husband a separate original copy with a live signature. So, if it wasn't in the copies I sent to nvc then it would be in his accordion folder I made up for him. At this point the first lady took all the affidavits so he couldn't even look, I swear they ripped them off the back of my application just so they can investigate some other non-existent stuff. Hubby and I went through the documents meticulously the night before. Not signing my affidavit is like not looking before you cross the street. I know for a fact its in there, makes me think differently on what their agenda is. Anyway after yelling at the top of my voice, I said what form color did they give you does it say 221g my hubby said yes. I said well, they temporarily refused you till they get the "missing signature page" I sent it next day mail, and watch it go through Ohio and Miami before being delivered to someone at the consulate office, I printed out the signature of the person who collected it and sent a separate email, telling them that it has arrived and I need it to be processed. I know they will take their sweet time, but I also want them to know that I'm not leaving it up to them either. I read some horrible stories on people waiting and waiting and waiting, and I'm not about that waiting life, 2.5 years is enough. I'm sorry if I sound frustrated but its been such a long road and I want to be done with them. I told him if I had to do this all over I would rather move. Total interview time til out the embassy door. 2.5 hours.
