My husband was denied last year of October 2015 and they denied him because he answered yes to using drugs in the past. We have to submit another medical exam in June 2016 do anyone knows if we have to submit another waiver or will they approve his residences then? Please I am dying to know about what is going to happen. We were told by many that they might just grant him his residents or they might ask for another waiver. Has anyone experienced this before if so please provide me with information
