Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

Well, my husband had his interview on 1/28/2015. I traveled to Nigeria for the interview and am just getting back, thus the late reply. He thought the interview went well, however we were placed on AP. We arrived around 5:30 am and there were a few people milling around. At promptly 6:00 am a security guard came out to tell us that we should begin to queue up around 6:30 and that those with 6:30 am appointments should be first in line. At 6:30 another guard came out to bring us over to the corral area to get ready to queue up. A guard came out and called for anyone that had applied for a student visa and had a 6:30 am appointment. I think only one person was there for a student visa. He then asked for immigrant visa applicants with 6:30 am appointments. I think there was one or two people. About 10-15 minutes later, they called for the immigrant visa applicants with 7:00 am appointments. My husband was one of them so we queued up. I went as far as I could go, but obviously could not go into the embassy with him and had to wait outside. He was out by 9:00 am so they are moving quicker than I expected. I'd seen reviews of people saying they waited 5-6 hours. At any rate he was asked the following questions (not necessarily in this order):

Who petitioned for you?
What does she do?
Does she work in real estate or something? please describe.
Has your wife been married before?
Does she have children?
Have you been married before?
Do you have children?
How did you meet? (Facebook, she had a series of questions after he told her Fb)
Who friended who? (I sent him the original friend request)
Why did your wife friend you?
What do you post on Facebook?
Do you have any additional photos? (We did and provided)
Do you have any additional communication? (We did and provided)
When was the last time you saw your wife? (He indicated that I was outside)
Do you have any email communication? (He told her that we rarely communicated via email, which is true, and that most of our communication is via phone or fb chat)

I believe that's it or at least that's all I can recall right now. If I remember additional details, I'll edit this post. He thought the interview went well and the CO was pleasant. We were pretty shocked to get AP and not sure what to do at this point. I've heard horror stories about AP so, my hopes are NOT up. Anyway, I hope this is helpful to someone.
