My step-mother and step-brother arrived at the consulate office early. I think they didn't get interview until between 10:30 AM to 11 AM because they were done by 11:15 AM or so. Basically, the consulate officer only asked my step-mother about how she and my father know each other, when was the last time he come back to Vietnam and how many times did he travel to Vietnam. Then the officer asked my step-brother when was the last time my father come back to Vietnam. That was pretty much it. And finally, the consulate officer told my step-mother and step-brother congratulations!
