Appointment was scheduled for 10:00, she arrived at 9:30. The whole process took about 2 hours.
Questions asked: Where and how we met, where she works, where do I work and what do I do. Questions about a couple of the pictures. And that was it.
They took almost all the requested documents. So be sure to take it all and then some just in case. Pictures they asked for and looked at, but letters and our Skype screen shots of our conversation history they didn't look at.
Overall it all went well. Technically the visa hasn't yet been approved. She had some issues with the X-ray during her medical exam the previous day and so needs further testing for TB. However there was no need to reschedule the interview. Once the results are in, the clinic will forward the results to the consulate and if all is well then she'll get the visa shortly after that. Apparently it's a pretty common occurrence with x-rays, so if it happens to you don't sweat it too much!
