Having previously gone through a US visa process for a working visa there were no major surprises with security lines and wait times.
The girls after security shuffled my papers and took out a couple of extra pages then straight upstairs to a line for a quick intermediate interview. Once through that I sat down in the seating area until I was called to Window 1, which had screens around it (the other windows are quite open and you can hear all the other interviews happening from where you're are sitting, but they seemed to be exclusively for work/travel visas).
The woman interviewing me was really lovely. I think she asked about 3 questions, How did we meet, where do we plan on living, will I continue to work for the same company etc. Then she handed me a piece of paper regarding domestic abuse and smiled and said congratulations, you're approved. All up I spent more time in lines or waiting than being interviewed.
