My husband and I had to visit our local office twice during our AOS process. The biometrics appointment went quickly we maybe waited for 15-20 minutes. The interview was a longer wait, maybe an hour or more, but the actual interview went lightning fast and our interviewer was SO nice! We were both from NJ, don't know if that's why . Overall I would recommend this office to anyone, we had nothing but good experiences!
