Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

My interview letter from NVC said that the interview was scheduled at 10:30 am on the 23rd of June. But the US embassy sent me an email and said to come at 8 am so I did. When I walked into the waiting room, there were lots of people waiting to be interviewed but most of them were there for the non-immigrant visa. I only had two people ahead of me but I knew that I still had to wait for a long time. (and I was right too!)
I waited for more than 1 hour to get my number called. I submitted my document at window 8 and was asked to have a seat again and wait for further instruction. Like an hour and half later, I was called to the first window for fingerprint. I was told to wait again... About 15 minutes later, my number was called for the actual interview!
The interviewer was a nice, friendly lady. She didn't ask me many questions..

1) What's your name?
2) Have you been to the States before? (I have a long story about it!)
3) What happened to your previous green card? (I had the 2 year condition and never removed the conditional status)
4) How long have been separated with your husband? (a year and 7 months thanks to USCIS)
5) Is it your first marriage? (I said "hopefully" then she started laughing)
6) Do you have any children?

Then she said that I was approved! However, there is a technical problem undergoing since June 9th so they cannot print the visa for me. She said that it is for basically any embassies in the world because the main system from the States is down. It was just lucky that I didn't buy my flight ticket yet. Hopefully, the system will be fixed this week like the interviewer wished and get my visa printed next week so that I can fly back to my husband very soon!
