Fairly straight forward. Other reviews go into enough finer detail regarding getting there and the process, etc. I didn't wait too long. Interview was quick. The CO wasn't too invasive and was very friendly, so I had no issues with the actual interview. The only problem was that my CO got confused about the tax documentation requirements. She ended up asking her supervisor and then he confirmed that a document was missing, even though the document was never requested and wasn't technically required. It was very disappointing not being approved on the spot, and my case was put into administrative processing for over a week due to what seemed like their human error. It wasn't a problem in the end but it did slow everything down.
Communication after the interview is virtually non-existent. Eventually I got an email from the consulate with approval notice.
