My fiance got to the consulate 20 mins before his 9 am appointment, queued for security, then walked in the building at exactly 9 am.
Only questions asked at the interview were how we met (internet), when we first met in person, how many times each of us had visited the other, had I (petitioner) met his family, what line of work did he plan on doing when he got here, when was he planning to travel to the US. Took only his birth certificate, police certificate, copy of his previous divorce decree, I 134 and my employer letter.
Was there for an hour and a half total.
