Paul was approced on June 5, 2007, I recieved the call at 11:42am. I am just now submitting the review because I have been traveling with my job. Whew!!!! I am so glad to be home now!
I wanted to give everyone an update on what exactly happened at the embassy. Paul’s experience was like no other that I have seen on the site. Let me start out by saying that he advises anyone that is going there to wear clothes that are warm and comfortable as you will be in for a long wait in a very cold place. Also, no cell phones are allowed in the embassy, so you may want to keep that in mind. He was in line for the embassy and once they found the cell phone on him, they put him out until he got rid of it. Paul said that he was quite discouraged when he seen person after person leaving the room looking quite gloomy, so be prepared to see this and don’t be discouraged because of it.
Paul goes into the room and a lady interviews him. He said that the interview did not take more than five minutes and the first question they asked was, Tell me about your fiancée. He answered it with how we met, where I am from, where I have lived, how long I have worked on my job, what I do for a living, who my parents are, who my siblings are, what I do for fun, who my friends are, and pretty much everything he knew about me. So then they asked for pictures and he showed them and explained who was in the pictures. Then they asked for our communications and Paul handed them the over 300 pages I had sent to him. She read some and then showed a lady behind her and then said she would be back and came back and said that he was approved. I am not sure why, but that seems to be the only questions that she asked about us. She was more interested in reading our chat conversations and looking at the pictures. Be sure to be prepared when you go in, Paul knows absolutely everything about me and my friends because he and I are very close. I kept nothing hidden from him and evidently this helped him to prove that we are in love with one another and want to be married, which will happen on 7-7-07!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
