As others have observed, level 10 is accessed via the lobby on level 8.
Lifts(elevators) don't open until 0730.
They started putting people through security about 0800.
I got my ticket upstairs at 0814 (time is printed on the ticket).
Everyone I dealt with was polite, efficient and tolerant of me being nervous.
All paperwork was in order (assuming this is due to the Lawyer we had in the States being good at what she does).
Passport and envelope taken when I was called up to the first window, fingerprints taken.
Called to the second window for the interview, asked how we met, how the relationship developed, what my wives name is, how did I propose, when and where were we married, what is her occupation.
I think there was a couple of other questions, can't remember them all.
Visa approved (didn't get a slip of paper as other people have mentioned, just verbal "Congratulations, your visa is approved."
Was out on the street and on the phone to my wife at 0900 on the dot - total of 46 minutes from when I got upstairs.
