hi guys....
this is my experience of a k1 intrview in mumbai on the 1st june..
at 7.00 a.m, one lady took initial interview...foll questions were asked..
1) who is calling u to the US?
ans-my fiance ....
2) are either of u divorced...
ans-no..first wedding for both of us..
3)show tax returns and i 134 form.
4) write down his name on the form..
5)did u ever go to the US or has ur visa been refused?or any overstay?
after this, waiting period for 3 hours..
then fingerprinting and oath by an asian woman...
and the foll questions were asked...
1)his occupation..
ans-physician..
2)describe his work-which field and which hospital..
3)how u guys first met-
ans- mutual friends..
4) when and for how long u communicated, and how u communicated?
ans- for 2 years, since 2005, and spoke over fone and skype.
5) show engagement album-
6)wen did u decide that u guys wanna marry?
ans-in 2006 beginning..
thats it...
she said..ur approved...
quite simple..
and there were a lot of fiance and spouse visas applicants and all were approved....
regular cases are always approved..difficult to reject..if ur case is simple...
In our case, we are both of the same religion, mothertongue,
same country..my fiance is 4 years elder to me,
both of us are doctors...
so, if the case is simple witout any prior weddings and the petitioner showing enuf tax returns, thers no way u can be rejected...
so all the worries were a waste of time and energy...so i got fired by my fiance as well as parents for causing so much tension..
