I cannot say enough for Officer Jennifer Rodriquez who called us by phone to tell us our marriage certificate was missing and that if we faxed it we would be approved on the same day. And then we got a second call acknowledging receipt and saying approval would be later in the day and she wished us a good weekend. After a 1 year wait, that was an amazing end to an otherwise lousy AOS experience...
