Really smooth and fast. My appointment was for 12:00PM and I got there around 11:30. There was a couple of ladies outside of the embassy and they asked for my P4 letter. They shared our names with the security guard and they opened the door for me. They took my phone and I went through security scan. On the way to the waiting room there are a couple of photo booth machines in case you are missing the ID pictures. When you arrive to the first room another security guard will tell you what button to press at the machine so you get a number and after that you finally arrive to the waiting room where the interview desks are. I had to wait around 20 minutes before they call me by the first time. The CO was a nice lady who went through my file making sure everything was in order and she only requested my passport and the sealed envelope with the medical examination. They didn't even ask for ID pictures (I saw they had the one I submitted with the I-130 package). She took my fingerprints and told me everything was fine and to sit again in the waiting room till they call me for the actual interview. I had to wait around 30 minutes and they called me again. This time it was a nice man who seemed to be in a rush because he didn't even make me swear. He just took my finger prints to verify it was really me and he asked me three questions: how did we meet, what does my wife do and where will we live. After I answered he told me I was approved and I will get my passport with the visa in a week.
