My spouse and I went to the consulate about 15 minutes before the interview, and the line was very long. From my observation, there was only another spouse waiting outside.
From what my wife told me, the person collecting her documents was very rude to her. Since that person doesn't know english and has no clue what American documents look like, so that person give her a hard time.
The interviewing officer was very nice/professional, he interviewed her for about 10 minutes after he learned that she can speak english. Here are the questions he asked:
1.) Tell me about your husband
2.) Are you a member of the CCP
3.) You were denied entry, please tell me the reason you were denied
4.) You applied for a visitor visa after immigration petition was submitted, please tell me why you did that
5.) Have you stayed at any other countries for more than 6 months after you turned 16
6.) May I see the document the CBP officer given after you were denied entry
According to my wife, the interviewing officer was laughing while reading that document, and then he said, "you are approved".
Again, from my observation, most ppl went for immigration interview that day didn't pass and got the pink sheet. We were the lucky few and got the white sheet. The other spouse waiting with me didn't get approved, and I feel terrible for them. Hopefully they will get approved next time.
