We arrived at about 12:45 for a 1:00 interview, and after checking our interview letter, they let us in. We went through the security check and then inside, where we were given a ticket and told to sit in the waiting room.
The number was called up three times: first to hand in the interview letter, second to go over our paperwork, and third for the interview. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and courteous, and the interview went well. The petitioner was allowed to be present at the interview, but I could not say anything. I don't recall the interview questions, other than asking how we met, how long we've been married, and a few others. After a few moments of entering information on her computer, the consular officer told us the visa had been approved!
We were told that the visa would be in our hands within 10 business days. All in all, we were there about 2.5 hours, and we were not the first people in line for the interview.
