Hello
i am Indian studying in Australia ,
i met my girlfriend online and fell in love since may 2012.
she got divorced in 2014 ausgust
and i am here in Australia since march 2014
,
she has 2 daughters and she is 39 years old
i am 23 years.
she is visiting me in this november and she wants to file cr1 visa/ k3 visa whichever is easy.
i talked to one lawyer he was saying that because of age differance i cant get visa but we have lots of proof and her mother, dauther and friend can write letters for us including her step mom can be sponsor as well,
i am in so much confusion now she does not wann file k1 visa because she does not wann any interruption in my study here .
and what is difference between k3 and cr1.
i am confused
