Had interview on a monday at 1pm. Whole process only took 1 hour. Was called up to pay the visa fee and hand in all the required documents. 15 minutes later was called again for the interview. They let me the petitioner stay at the window for the interview. He asked us when we met, where we met, and when we became romantically "intangled", when we got engaged, and what my fiancee planned to do for work once we returned to the states. Then he asked if we had any other proof and we showed him a photo album/scrap book and walked him through a few of the pictures until we came to one with us on a dinner date where I had bought my fiancee a lobster and the interviewing officer said well if you bought her a lobster dinner then it must be serious. we all laughed and he said he had seen enouph and will go ahead and issue the visa. The actual interview lasted only about five minutes and after months of stressing about it it was incredibly easy.
