My wife had her Naturalization interview today.
We arrived at 9:50am for a 10:15am appointment. Security took a few minutes...the guard was impressed by my new phone battery and asked several questions (smile).
The wife was brought back by ISO 2 Brotton at 10:14am. She returned to the lobby at 10:30am. Her interview was successful.
She said he asked a few questions about the N-400, making sure that we still lived where we had said. He asked her five questions from the 100-question set, and she answered all five correctly. (Two of them were "what is your state capital?" and "what is the supreme law of the land?") She also did her English testing...my wife has been in the U.S. almost 10 years now, so she had no issues with the exam.
Now we wait to hear about the oath ceremony.
I think we've been very lucky with the people at the Fort Smith office. I hear so many other people talk about problems and issues when they visit their local offices. I don't think I've had a bad experience yet.
