My fiance arrived at the Consulate at 7:30 in the morning for his 8:30 interview. He asked a security guard where he needed to go. Because he was early, he waited in front of the consulate for about 15 minutes. He was scanned by a hand scanner and allowed entry into a semi-outdoor area of the consulate. He went to a counter where he was asked for his passport, the interview letter, 2 photos and the DS-160 form, after which he was allowed inside. There were security guards at every door. He needed to remove everything from his pockets and they scanned everything he brought. He was brought to a waiting room with 6 counters. He waited about 15-20 minutes and he heard his name called, and he went to pay the 2040 MAD/$240. He returned to his spot in the waiting room where he waited almost an hour. He again heard his name called, and went to window 6 where an American woman took his fingerprints. He was asked to have a seat again, where he waited another nearly 2 hours. He heard his name called at window 3 this time. The officer wanted all his documents, my divorce certificate, the affidavit of support and the letter from my employer. She gave him documents from his medical exam and the interview letter. He was told the original documents would be copied and returned, and was asked in what language he wanted the interview, and he said French. He waited another hour. It was about 1:15 pm at this point. He was then called for his interview.

He started the interview with an older American man. He was sworn to tell the truth. He told my fiance he didn't need to be nervous (and he wasn't). The man asked him to confirm my full name. He was then asked the following questions:

How did you meet?
Are you married?
Did you know your finacee was divorced?
When was she divorced?
When was marriage proposed?
Who asked?
Can you show me evidence of your engagement? (He showed photos of our party)
Is your fiancee Muslim?
Did she convert before knowing you?
Why did she convert?

He took the pink ticket from my fiance's passport and began to joke about him coming to Wisconsin and how that was going to be a pretty big change with the long, cold winters.

He gave my fiance some informational brochures, the pink ticket and was asked to come back to pick up his passport in two days.

My fiance says the officer was very nice. He found the interview simple and easy, and everyone he spoke to there was very nice to him. The interview itself lasted about 5 minutes. He left the consulate around 1:45 pm. Alhamdolilah!

A few facts about us:
We met at an online dating site and said so in the interview.
I am 7 years older than him
I was previously divorced (but have no children). He has never been married.
We talked online for 8 months before I made my trip to Casablanca
I converted to Islam during that time (and it was 100% my choice)
Because of my work schedule, I was only able to make one trip that lasted for 10 days. We stayed with his family and had an engagement party with them present.
I filed the petition about 1 month after I got back.
His medical exam was 1400 MAD, and he saw a lady doctor
From the date of filing to the date of interview was 109 days.
