Hi,

Yesterday my wife (USC) & I went for my AOS interview at San Francisco office. My wife & I are Indian-Tamil orgin. We are married for the last 19 months. Our IO is a young white lady. She was very professional. After swearing in, we were asked to take the seat and she explained the process of the interview. She said it's going to be 3 parts, 1 - Going over the forms & cross verifying it's data, 2 - We need to answer her questions, 3 - We can submit any additional documents. After going through 485, 130 & 325 forms she asked us only very few questions to explain about our place of first meet in a different city than the places where we lived, whether we had any honeymoon & she wanted to know our when, where & hows. While explaining these we provided certain documentation evidences to our narrations. We also showed her our ritual based Engagement, Wedding albums & Vacation photos. Finally we also submitted current documents such as renewed apartment lease, joint credit card statements, utily bills, joint bank statements, joint cell phone bills or the current period, copies of Costco, AAA membership card since 2012. The interview lasted for about 25 mins. She finally said she is satisfied with our relationship and all our documents looks good, but handed over a notice which said "The case has been held for further review and we should be receiving next notification in about 120 days", when I enquired about it to the IO, she said it's a standard notice that they will provide to buy some time for security checks, if any. 15 mins after we left the Office and while we were walking through the Downtown area, I got a notification email on "Case update", which said i-130 as approved & i-485 as "Card/Document Production". I also checked the status online and it is the same. I hope things went well for us with God's blessings and I'm now waiting to get my Green Card.

Good luck!

Regards,
JK
