I was not there, but my fiance said the guy was very nice. He was not from Moldova and not American. My fiance said his English was good, but not great and the guy even told her that she had way better English than him. She was 20 minutes early and they made her wait for about an hour and then did a short interview. She said that it seemed pretty simple though. She got approved 3 days later via email for visa.
