my fiance had his interview today, unfortunatly i couldnt make it but thank to my faithful God it went great. he was schedule at 7 am , got there at 5:45 am and took the line , he got into the embassy at 7:05 am and called me at 8:38am, first thing he said was (cherie je viens vers toi) french for honey i'm coming to you and i was like yesssssssssssssssss wooooo ouuuuuuuu  . so the interview took less than 1 hour and half. he was ask the following questions
1) how long you know your fiancee?
2) how many times she came to visit?
3)when her divorce and yours was final?
4)what are the plans for the wedding?
5) where does his mother lives?
6) if whe have children , and their DOB ?
then after they confirmed the paper he got from his lawyer from the Archives National d 'haiti director Mr. Jean wilfrid Bertrand stated that the divorce is in the book but the divorce extract paper is not yet available because his divorce was final in 2013 and it takes a year for them to process all weddings and divorces that took place the previous year. So word of advice , if any of you guys won't get your divorce or wedding extract before your interview so try to get that " Attestation " paper ,it only cost $140 (haitian money).
then they gave him his yellow card and told him to go pick up his passport one week from today , have a safe flight and take good care of your soon to be wife and son ,the consil was very nice he said..........so glad we are done with this part of the journey , more to come....good luck everybody
