Review Topic: K3 Visa

The man that he interviewed with was very nice. He asked how did we meet. Were we married, when did we marry, has he married before, have I married before, did I have any children and their names and ages, has he met the children. When Sam was telling him about the children and that he knew them from web cam chatting, but had cards and pictures from them and he asked to see those and then looked through all the pictures and asked about who was in the pictures, such as pictures of my dad and brother, kids, etc; and also the pics from my trips there with questions like where were we for this picture and who were other people in the pictures with us. He asked where Sam worked and he told him. The officer knew the place and said he might come there for dinner soon as Sam invited him....LOL. He also asked him where I lived and what my job was here in the US. He said the man was very nice to him. Sam saw the papers he had for our case there that the man was looking at and he could see that they were all stamped approved. At the end of the interview he told Sam that his case was complete and there was some AP that had to be done and that in 1-2 months they would contact him for his passport for the visa. He did give him a paper and it just says that he has AP before he will be asked for the passport to get the visa.

Also, he said that there was a girl there for her interview that was at the medical exam office the same day that he was getting his medical that was going for a K1. She had the same result as him for the 1-2 month waiting before getting the visa. There was also two other men that were there for K1 with the same result as him. This is the standard thing now I believe with approval at Cairo.
