DV visa interview:
+ To put it in a simple way everything went fine until the interview -
officier grilled my wife for 30 minutes then invite me alone for another 10 minutes and bang guess what blue sheet with request for further evidence of a relationship, my comment about this particular officer is simple : the guy was blatantly racist (why you married a chinese ? what kind of question is it ? if we were a couple of whites I do not think he would have some of the question he asked) nothing more nothing less.
+ finally we sent all the possible evidences (pictures/emails/mobile bills/utilities bills) three days later
=> No acknowledgement they received the evidences and no reply from various mail I sent.
I do not mind to have the visa refused but keeping people out of the blue for such long period (interview was in January) is unacceptable, I paid for a service and I am not getting a very value for money.
I checked other consulate website and guess what ? they have a website where you just put your case number and you get an update on the status of your visa application - come on it just embarassing for an embassy in the Capital.
