Very Good Experience, the Immigration Officer was very friendly. Our attorney said that Immigration Officer was a senior agent. He didn’t ask many questions and he really liked all the supporting evidence we provided, especially the pictures. We have been together for 13 years, so we selected few pictures for each year, vacations and family gatherings.
He approved the petition but he didn’t stamp the passport (Our Lawyer said the Dallas Office usually doesn’t do it). He explained that they stay away from stamping the passports because the Green Card production does not take long and they don’t want to leave someone with two valid forms of Valid Status.
Interview was on the 15th and I received the Green Card on the 23rd.
