We checked on suite A in front of the parking area and we were wrong and so the guard told us to go to suite H where the biometrics which is at the next side of the building. When we arrive there, we saw people lining up. @10:00 the security asked as to prepare our appointment letter with an ID. Right then we started moving. He asked me and my husband to get a clip in front with the application form and sit near the flag and listen to our number to be called. When our number was called, we went to the woman on the table near the door and gave our number and the application form she stamped it and signed. The application form worksheet includes the following: Name, date of birth, phone, country of birth, gender, country of citizenship and i incircled asian and PI, height, weight, color of eyes, color of hair, USCIS A-Number, Application Number and List of names used. After the woman signed my application form and worksheet she gave us another number to be called for the finger printing.. we waited for like 30 minutes and at last i was called. She took my application form, my passport (ID) and number (My hubby just waited on the chairs) the woman scanned every single finger and making sure everything is clear, she also took a pic of me and im done. She gave me my stamped appointment letter with a survery questionaire, i signed it , threw it in the box and left. we were finished at 11:15.
