They received me on time and very professsional, no stress. I got inside the Embassy at 1:15pm and at 1:30pm they checked me with the security machine. The person was perfectly nice with me. Then wen I got inside the waiting room they asked for my passport and then I waited a little bit and then they called my name and asked for the medical exam, DS160, I-134 and proof of relationship. THen they requested me to sit down and wait. Then another person called me and took my biometrics (fingerprints). Then sit down again and a lady called me to pay the fee. Then waited again and they call me and said to go to window #7 to the CO (consular officer). The CO interviewed me and gave me a 221g and he said my interview was very well done. The end of the interview. The 221g requested "Proof of finances including prior year tax audit from the IRS, W-2 forms, Social Security statement, etc. In reality we submitted all the evidence requested on the I-134. The only difference was that I sent 2011 tax return audit by IRS and 2012 Tax Return was my copy not the audit from the IRS BECAUSE THEY DON'T TELL YOU IN THE INSTRUCTION THAT IT HAS TO BE AUDIT TRANSCRIPTS FROM THE IRS". If they will put that on the instructions we will not be waiting FOR NOTHING and been approved right there. PEOPLE FROM USA DO NOT BREAK YOUR HEAD THINKING WHAT IS AN AUDIT TAX RETURN.... IS NOT SUCH THING IS A "IRS TRANSCRIPT OF YOUR TAXES" that's it. The embassy made up that "audit" word.
