We got to Ciudad Juarez Saturday 28 september 2013, we had a reservation in Ibis nice hotel and clean, but the food is nasty and expensive but the best decision because is the closest one to asc, medical and consulate. If you get thirsty in the night or hungry theres a store extra (7-eleven type) 24 hrs very safe with securitys from the clincs and hotel with a lot of lights in the street. We spend most of the the time in plaza pas misiones its a mall we just walk around and ate to waste time.

Monday: we went to get my wife medical exam woked up at 5 am and got in the line at 5:55am they open at 6am, there was a few people already and it never got full like other people said it was Servicios Medicos Consulares. I went inside with her show paperwork: passport, interview letter p4, ds-260 confirmation. they gave her a number and sent me to the cafeteria aka sala de espera. she filled a paper sit down and wait for her number and then medical exam starts, make sure to not be pregnant or dont plan it yet because they do an x-ray and if youre pregnant they ask you if you want to do it but its at your own risk. she got her exam and some vaccines total was 396 USD went to the hotel and return for the results which is a black plastic envelope at 1 pm. After we just went to the mall to eat and walk around...

Tuesday: Biometric appointment at 7:10, dont go early they wont let you in, get there 10 mins before thats the best time, it doest take to long. We went in at 7:10 but got here 20 mins early and just waited outside so its not worth it, ok so now inside they ask for passport, ds-260 confirmation, invitation p4 and biometrics appointment letter. She went to a window got her fingerprints and took a picture, we were out in 20 min. later went to eat and walk around...

Wednesday: Day off wok up at 11am☺️

Thursday: Interview date at 9:15am Woke up at 2 am went back to sleep, woke up at 4 am went back to sleep (a little to excited) finally woke up at 6am and got to the sala de espera to get the stamp at 7:30 am and made us wait into 8:40 into they call for everyone applying for resident visa appointment at 9:15 got in line and send us to the line in the consulate. They checked for the stamp and went inside I was not allowed so I went to the white tables outside the Extra store she took 2 hrs and 15 mins.Wife went inside they checked her stuff in a belt like the airport, and gave her a number. Everyone inside was sent to Sala de Espera she was sent to #2, sit down and wait for her number on a screen after waiting 30 mins her number appear with the window number they ask for I-864, birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport and two passport size pictures, ds-260 and my birth certificate. She went to sit down into her number showed up again with the window number interview time. It was a black guy very nice my wife said when she got in the window he was looking at our papers like i-864 and other stuff, my wife said good morning and he said good morning did the oath then he asked 1)who is petitioning you my wife answer my husband, 2) what is his full name? 3) what do I do for a living? 4) how did we meet? 5) how long ago? and ask to see pictures. After looking at them he told her to hold on started typing and said congrats your visa is approved...
