I wasn't able to attend with my fiancé but this is how his day went: He had a 7am appointment and when he went to check in they asked him for the interview letter and as I had previously posted before Haiti messenger only gave him the cover letter that is included in packet #3. The individual that was checking people in told him to stand to the side as he check in those with correct documentation. He was asked his name and once he told the man he said "Oh yes, I recall seeing that name this morning let me check the list". They let him in.
My advice is get the correct letter from Haiti Messenger.
He told me that their was an lady that asked if he had more evidence or documents to provide, he proceeded and turned in 217 pages of Skype chat, Vonage chat logs, and as he was pulling out more documents she said "Oh cheri sa surfi" (That's enough!) I was concerned because we didn't preload our application so I just wanted to be safe than sorry.
Questions asked:
When did you first meet your fiancé?
When did you meet your fiancé the second time?
When did you propose?
Who are these people in the pictures. We took a picture with his nephew and once he said that was his nephew the interviewer said "Oh, ok".
Why isn't your fiancé present at this interview? - That is so odd to me. It isn't required but I guess they consider your presence as a positive for the last step. He answered truthfully, " We didn't know we were going to get an interview date so soon and she was unable to change her job schedule. This is the main reason I came with all of this evidence"
Next thing he saw a yellow ticket placed in his passport and was told to pay the fee.
