My interview which is the 3rd, was scheduled on Aug 14, 2013 at 2pm, i arrived at 1:30pm, security guard asked me to wait till he makes sure my name is on the list, so he did, and let me in, there was only a woman in the entire room, all interviewing windows were closed, i waited till 3:30 pm when i was called by a female CO, when i heard her voice i thought she's the same CO who denied me twice last year, but she was another CO in her late twenties i guess, she was kind and helpful, the questions were the common ones, mostly about my wife but below i'm doing my best to remember all the questions, they were not a lot though:
- Tell me how you met your wife?
- how many times has she been to Morocco? and how long was each visit?
- why did you decide to live in Morocco?
- what makes your wife so special that you fell in love with her?
- what's her job?
- does your wife get paid salary or per hours?
- why didn't your wife visit you since 2010?
- where's the puppy that you had?
- have you ever used drugs? (she said hashish)

during the beginning part of the interview, she was listening to my answers and looking at our pictures at the same time, there was a picture of a roman historic monument in the city of Meknes which i think my wife had attached to the evidences submitted previously to the USCIS, the CO said this doesn't look like Morocco, i said that's in Meknes, she said "hmm i should visit this place"
she explained to me that she has never seen this much over-documentation in her career, i apologized for that, she continued with asking about a puppy we had but we found home for him, she said " We Americans do care about pets alot" i said i know that, she smiled, and continued the above questions.
In my opinion, giving extra details when answering a specific question, gives a good impression, i can tell she was satisfied to hear an answer that makes sense and i go further explaining why certain things happened and how, when, with who, consequences etc... , in fact, when she asked about the puppy, i told her that we found a home for him, she said why, i told her it's a long story, i'm not sure if you wanna hear the entire story, she said yes go ahead, then, the story why we had to give the puppy is straightly related to why my wife had to leave Morocco and also, to why we had to have the puppy in the first place.
Since i was denied twice, and went through NOIR, i had to rebut what the old CO concluded and sent on her memorandum, my tip to applicants, show your need to be with your spouse asap, if the CO begins the interview with a negative attitude (usually at the first interview, it's a tactic they use) try to not be affected by that, and focus on the facts, be factual, and don't be like " omg she/he gonna deny me no matter what i say" be neutral and collected, have some dark chocolate and a meal of ground beef it contains vitamin B-12, that's what i had coz i was scheduled in the afternoon, i'm not sure you would eat that if your interview is at 8:30 am. just joking. Good luck!
