Manchester NH | Review on July 2, 2013: | Caramel Swirl
Rating: | Review Topic: Adjustment of Status
The Manchester office staff, from check in security to IO were professional and somewhat friendly, not a pally pally friendly, but a comforting one, one that makes you feel at ease.
We had 2 visits, biometrics and AOS.
Biometrics - went before our appointment date but the staff still processed us for fingerprinting, although she gave us a talking on that they may have to stop walk-ins, because they only schedule staff according to the number of appointments on a particular day. Make sure to walk with your marriage cert. and ID.
AOS - We got there 15 minutes before 1:45pm appointment, did the security check and then were sent on the 2nd floor, where we placed our appointment letter in a tray and waited for our names to be called. We were called after 10 minutes. IO was pleasant. We remained standing while taking the oath. Interview took around 10 minutes-we were thinking she already went over the files thoroughly, already made a decision and the interview was a formality.
Environment - Quiet and clean, spacy waiting area. Wait time was good. On the 2 visits we were like the only persons there for biometrics and for AOS another family of 4 was there.
Location - Easy to find with lots of free parking
Processing time - Actually quite good overall April 4-July 1. The Manchester office part (May 20-July 1)
