So today was my interview!

First things first. About parking,my appointment was at 9:45 but I arrived there early (at 7:00) because I was afraid that I wouldn't find a park spot. When I did my medical I was roaming around in Frankfurt for a parking space and I couldn't found any or any Park House! So this time I wanted to go early and wait in the car. If you go really early, there are many park places and if not, there is a Park & Ride place straight ahead Giessener Strasse. You pay a sum and you Park for as long as you like and then you can take the bus or Train.

Then I decided to go ahead and go to the Consulate at 8:30 because I was bored. They let me in they didn't even saw my interview letter. The security guards took my metal things and placed them in a plastic bag. Then I went to this booth, gave them my passport and gave me a number. Then I was at the first building. It was like the airport, scan the metal objects blah blah.

I went to the second building and there was a greeting person. He gave me leaflet that said I need to go to booth 22. So I did, he told me to write down my address in the prepaid DHL Label I send them. Then gave me the receipt to track the passport online by DHL. He gave me a leaflet about domestic violence and he said this is a stantard procedure. He was very friendly.

Then I got called in booth no 21. There was a neutral lady. She asked me if my data on my papers are correct and when do I plan to get to the US. She asked me if I have been to the US and then told me to go to booth 9 for fingerprints.

There was two booths. 10 and 9 no 10 called me. He looked at my passport and started talking Greek! (I am Greek) I was so surprised, turns out he was an American but his wife is Greek and he learn perfectly well. (I told my fiance this story 10 times lol he should learn some :P)

Then I waited like an hour and then booth no 17 called me. That was my interviewer. He was nice. He asked:

-What is the job of my fiance
-what is my Job
-Where does he live in Seattle
-Where did we meet
-What connected us
-when do I live

then he said allrighty you are approved!

And then I asked him about my cat. The airline told me to ask the consulate what vaccines must my cat have etc but he didn't know. He joked if I need a cat visa. :P

That's it! Overall friendly.
