interview was at 930 AM since it is at walkable distance and we had just came back from a long vacation we didnt get there until 920.We handed in the interview letter at the reception where we were asked to sit and wait.about 10minutes later a gentleman called us in and guided us to his office where we were sworn in first. He then asked us our DL,PP and Social security card.My wife who is the sponsor handed in all the documents but i didnt have social security on me so i didn't give that and told him the reason. He then asked me my full name,my dad and moms first name,my dob, last 4 of my social security, how we met, where and when we met,how many times have i entered US and on what visa,if i have ever been here illegally, then asked me questions from I485 and made me sign at the back of a paper confirming everything i said was truth. Also all this while he was scribbling on a piece of paper and checking off his pre-thought questions. He then asked my wife questions about her full name, dob, parents name, date she moved in with me,wedding date, her current address and her last address . ohh yeah btw he also asked me all my addresses since i moved to US.Since we recently came back from india he asked us why did we go there, how long were we there for,how long was the flight, who else came with us.He also asked us if we have anything else to substantiate that we live together for which we handed in bank statements, insurance proofs and our 2012 tax return and some photographs. He kept few photographs, took off I94 from my passport and returned back our IDs.He then explained us that he needs to review our files and if needed anything he would email. Also that the entire could take 6-8 weeks. He also said this would be conditional GC for 2 years and we would have to redo this process to remove the condition.Later on at about 4PM we got two emails with approval notification for AOS and petition.IO was very professional and polite. He didnt try to be friendly or too casual. He stuck onto his questions and then once it was done, guided us to the exit door.
